The Madame Web star, who hosted once before in February 2015, will helm the Jan. 27 episode. Four-time SNL host Timberlake will make his fifth appearance as solo musical guest. This will be Timberlake's first appearance on SNL in nine years, when he opened SNL’s 40th anniversary special in February 2015 with Jimmy Fallon.
